Little did native Floridian Stephen Jara know it, but childhood weekends at his family's farm in
Kenansville, Florida began a love for the land that developed into a life long career.
Born in Boynton Beach Florida, Steve began his career in the Country Club Management
Profession, but quickly realized land development and real estate was where his heart was,
recognizing a deep bond for the land and open spaces.
Over the next 12 years, Steve partnered with major development companies such as Kolter
Property Company, The Bear's Club, and The Little Club in the General Manager capacity.
Understanding and specializing in the Real Estate Development business, Steve utilized his
experience and worked with the Tucker Group developing Ranch and Ranchette Properties.
Combining his broad knowledge of real estate, land development, private club ownership and
property management, along with his love for Florida to help clients realize their own dreams of
land ownership.
Steve had the opportunity to work and consult with Mountain Sothebys International in Western
North Carolina. This unique experience with the affiliation of Sothebys International propelled
his next venture, specializing in Recreational and Sporting Real Estate.
Steve and his partner Seth Hayden along with Pristine Properties have partnered with Cabela's Trophy Properties specializing in Recreational and Sporting Properties in Florida and the Bahamas.
Pristine Properties and Cabela's Trophy Properties concentrate on specific properties taylored to the Sportsman or Sportswomen. This brand is unique in allowing us to primarly focus on Recreational and Sporting properties.
Steve is a licensed Real Estate Broker with the State of Florida and an active member of
the Florida Cattlemen's Association, member of the West Palm Beach Fishing Club and a Board Member with CCA in Palm Beach. Steve enjoys hunting, fishing, ranching, golf, and
spending time with his family.
Steve and his family have continued the family tradition by purchasing a working cattle ranch in
North East Okeechobee. On weekends, you can find him and his family there enjoying their
horses and cows, roasting marshmallows over campfires, fishing in their pond and roaming
their property watching for native wildlife including deer, turkey, hogs and sandhill cranes.
"There is nothing like leaving the hustle and bustle of the city and spending time in the country
with family and friends," states Steve.
Weekdays, Stephen resides in Boynton Beach with wife of 19 years Ann, and their two
children Carter, 14 and Peyton, 10.
