My primary focus is on "Move up Buyers".  This would pertain to real estate owners that are looking to sell their current house, for an home upgrade.  I find this the most challenging aspect of buying and selling real estate.  It involves actively marketing someone's house, trying to find them the perfect property, while the whole time keeping specific time lines.  Whew!  But it's extremely rewarding to see the owners face when they hear the news that their house is sold.  And to hear the excitement in their voice when they find out their offer has been excepted on their next home.
