When our family decided we were going to move from Utah to South Carolina we knew we would need a realtor who specialized in relocation.   My Husband was given several names of realtors in the area and emailed all of them.  Stephanie was the only one who emailed him back and she was eager and more than willing to help us. The first weekend that he was there she took him out and showed him around, she also made sure she knew what we were looking for. The two days that I was there she took us around and stayed with us while we made our decisions, giving us great advise based on schools, shops, location ect. She not only helped us make some major decisions she also gave us an atlas of the area highlighting places we might want to go and great places to eat.  Once we moved in she has offered her time to help us install some fans and has become a good friend, since I had none she really made me feel at ease with the entire process.

Using Stephanie Hylton as our realtor was a pleasure.  Prior to meeting her, we spent several unproductive days with other realtors, none of which seemed to understand what we were looking for.  However, Stephanie was different.  Recognizing that long distance moves offer precious little time, when we met with her, she was prepared; offering us several listings all of which actually met our criteria.  Her friendly attitude and pleasant personality allowed for comfortable conversation which helped her better understand and know us as people rather than just potential commissions.  That way, she was better able to guide us to homes that fit our desires not just in price and size, but also setting, commute distance, and overall condition as well.  Finally, once we had made our decision to buy, Stephanie continued by helping to arrange financing.  When the deal was finished, my wife and I felt satisfied that we had made a good choice in homes, and purchased wisely due to Stephanie's help, but also felt we had actually made a friend rather than simply a business arrangement.  In the future, should we decide to purchase or sell another house, Stephanie Hylton will definitely be our first choice to represent our interests.
