I am a new agent in Real Estate and love what I do.  I never realized how fulfilling it could be to help someone in what is one of the most important choices of their life.  Whether it is buying or selling, I always keep my clients needs in mind.  I focus on all wants and needs and work diligently to find a way to successfully blend the two.  I forget about me and focus on the client because they are what is important.  Yes that means working lots of hours (10-14/day) and often 6-7 days a week.  But it is so worth it to me when I see the light in my clients eyes when they know the right decision has been made for them and I know I played a part in helping them. 

That is who I am and who I always want to be, the Realtor who makes a differnce!  There can be no greater reward than knowing you have made a difference in someone's life.  I bring to my career a background as a Professional Stager.  I use this background to help clients who are selling to stage their home and bring it to its peak condition and I help buyers to envision the potential of the homes we are visiting.  Also having sold my own home (as a FSBO) in Tennessee, I can help both buyers and sellers from the client perspective and keep it real for them because I have been there. 

I am diligent, hard working and yet have a zest for life that I bring to each and every client that I meet.  Each client is an opportunity for me to make a new friend and to build another lifelong relationship.  I keep reminding myself to stay focused and yet have fun and keep the stress from building.  I know buying or selling a home can be stressful, so keeping it fun and keeping it light is a major part of what I do for my clients.  Often, we stop for ice cream cones, a milk shake, play with the dog or even stop to see the rain.  Whatever it takes to relieve the overwhelming feelings.  Again, I can make a difference and I do!

I love working with the military personnel and families that are moving into this area.  I have helped more than a dozen since the first of the year to buy or sell their home.  I also find immense pleasure and pride in having the opportunity to work with several clients who are now live in other locations and are depending on me to either find them a suitable home or to sell their home for them.  Using my knowledge of my clients, I am able to assist them in either buying or selling.
