Welcome! Please allow me to introduce myself. I have 30+ years of experience in the mortgage profession, as a loan originator, a former owner of a mortgage brokerage business, a wholesale lending account executive, a bank loan officer, as well as a former Realtor.
Our company is a true Brokerage firm and represents a large variety of lenders who provide a full spectrum of programs from Conventional and Government programs to Condotel, Foreign National, Construction, Portfolio and Non-Prime lending. Mortgage Professionals receive designation just like Realtors and I have received the Florida Association of Mortgage Professionals "Mortgage Professional" (MP) designation, and the National Association of Mortgage Brokers "Lending Integrity" (LI) designation.
I am a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator in the State of Florida. I attend annual conferences, a variety of seminars, webinars, and continuing education classes. I am also an instructor for First Time Home Buyer Classes.

On the State level, I served as a Director 2005 and 2006, 2015 and 2016, Advertising Sub Committee Chair 2006, Public Relations Committee 2005 and 2006. As a member of the local Suncoast Chapter level, I served as the Public Relations Chair 2001 and 2002, Co-Chair of tradeshow committee 2005 and 2006, Membership Chair 2005, 2006, 2008, and 2010, Directors, 2001, 2005, through 2011, Vice President 2005-2006, President Elect 2006-2007 and 2015-2016, and President 2016-2017.
