As a sales associate with Prudential California Realty in Newport Beach, I am privlegded at the opportunity to work with residents of the Newport Beach area as well as residents that are new to the area. I also work with clients from Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach, Corona del Mar, Fountain Valley and Laguna Beach. I make it my business to know the real estate market in the Orange County area. I am a Southern California native and have lived in Newport Beach for 12 years. I love living here in Newport Beach and enjoy the lifestyle. I have two daughters that attend Newport Beach schools including Newport Elementary and Newport Harbor High School.

Newport Beach offers unique areas that will fit each person's lifestyle including homes on the beach and sand, Newport Harbor, or some of the other communities. I am very knowledgeable of the beaches, schools and community activities for both children and adults. I am very familiar the Newport Beach local schools and their programs; aquatics programs; lifeguard and junior lifeguard programs, dance studios; soccer programs; tennis clubs and local health clubs. I strive to be a resource in all areas in Newport Beach for the buyers and sellers that I represent.  When working with clients, I dedicate my time and expertise to that client ensuring that the transaction will exceed all expectations.  I also volunteer my time to assist with the elementary schools to assist with their programs and holiday events.

I graduated from USC, and maintain contact with many USC alumni. I also enjoy attending USC football games and other activities associated with USC, and supporting my alma mater. I believe in body, mind, and spirit and if you take care of yourself well, then you are more than equipped to take care of others. I love to work out, roller blade, bike, go to the beach and take my dog Patrick for walks. He loves going to the beach.

I work in the Newport Shores area of Newport Beach, West Newport, Lido Island, Dover Shores and Newport Heigts. I preview properties weekly so I can provide up to date information on the latest listings to meet my client's needs.

I do enjoy working and helping people with their real estate transactions. I also am a firm believer in technology and to utilize it to promote properties that are listed, as well as for buyers to assist them in purchasing their dream home. Also, I do provide property web sites as most agents do in todays time - however I specialize in optimizing that site so that it gets the most exposure online. What this means to you is  - the more exposure you receive, the more likely your home will sell in a timely manner as more people are seeing it.
