We list bungalow to high-end homes, including waterfront properties.  Each property has a different marketing plan, as each one has an individual target market and should be treated accordingly. Staging is key and a passion of ours. "The way you live in a home is not the way you sell a home." You are marketing to the masses, and the home must be more generic and less personal. We can help you with that.

 We absolutely love working with relocating buyers.  With you, it's about way more than the house.  It's about the neighborhood, the schools, the shopping, the commute to work, the vet, dentist, etc.  It's about getting a feel for the entire area in a sliver of time.  We can do that. 

Repeatedly, relocating buyers tell us, "Yes, we really do have a feel for the community now, we do understand the layout of the city and the advantages and disadvantages of the different areas we could consider living in."  See, when you're moving to town, you aren't tied to any area yet.  Great!  You can pick the part of town that works best for you and we know the WHOLE area so you won't be pigeon-holed and say six months down the road, "I wish I had known about this area when my realtor showed me houses."
