I am a RE/MAX Agent who specializes in waterfront properties. I have been selling property on Smith Lake for the past thirteen years. Along with an assistant, I sell approximately one-hundred waterfront properties annually. My customer base includes buyers and sellers from all areas of the country. I am a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) Guild Member. I have been the top producing realtor on Smith Lake for several years.

As a specialist on this man-made lake, (some say the third cleanest in the entire United States) I have developed a vast knowledge of both its character, and personality. Over many years of assisting buyers and sellers, I have built an extensive contact network, which I utilize on a daily basis.
