About Me:

I am a RE/MAX Agent who specializes in waterfront properties. I have been selling property on Smith Lake for the past thirteen years. Along with an assistant, I sell approximately one-hundred waterfront properties annually. My customer base includes buyers and sellers from all areas of the country. I am a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) Guild Member. I have been the top producing realtor on Smith Lake for several years.
 
For the year 2007, I was named RE/MAX Alabama's #1 individual female realtor. I am a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, Chairman's Club, Platinum Club, and 100 Percent Club. I was named a member of Alabama's TOP TEN RE/MAX Realtors for the year's 2005-2006-2007.
 
Balancing work and family life is not easy. With help from my assistant and husband, I continue to enjoy recharge time away from the business. My success is due in part, to the belief that "Smith Lake is a big lake, but a small community". Treating people the way you wish to be treated is the key to building long term relationships. Areas of Expertise

As a full-time Smith Lake real estate agent, I have been selling waterfront property since 1994. As a specialist on this man-made lake, (some say the third cleanest in the entire United States) I have developed a vast knowledge of both its character, and personality. Over many years of assisting buyers and sellers, I have built an extensive contact network, which I utilize on a daily basis. I believe one of the reasons for my continued success is the ability to know who to contact, in order to get things done in an efficient and timely manner. 
 
I continue to update my knowledge on changing rules and regulations administered by Alabama Power Company (owner of the lake) and various regulatory bodies (county health departments, Alabama Department of Environmental Management) just to name a few.
 
I believe there is no substitute for experience. Whether a customer is buying or selling a piece of vacant waterfront property, or a multi-million dollar luxury home, my knowledge and experience is second to none.
