Welcome to our Vacation Rental web site. My name is Steve Milo and my wife and I stay in Vacation Rental Homes when we travel. We own several vacation rental homes and listen carefully to our guests and their feedback! Our greatest compliment is when our guests refer our web site to their friends and relatives.

Our guests and their great "word of mouth" have helped us expand to over 140 vacation rentals. (See just a few of their comments below. More are on each individual homes).

I bought my first vacation home in Florida in 2002. Since that time, I have bought many more vacation rental properties by listening to my guests and their feedback. My guests have told me they want bigger homes so that their children, grand children and friends can join them. I listened to them and now have several 3 bedroom, 4 bedroom homes and even one 5 bedroom house.

Some of my guests have told me they want a selection of homes that are pet friendly. And some of my guests have told me they need high speed and wireless Internet service. Once again, I listened to their advice.

My guests have told me they want heated pools. And, when I put in solar panel heaters - my guests have told me they didn't heat enough during the winter. So, I listened to them and put in electric heaters for the pools.

All along the way, I have listened to my guests and their comments both good and bad. Thanks to my guests and their great word of mouth, I was able to leave my "day job".

I now own a property management company called Vacation Rental Pros Property Management, LLC and am selectively adding properties that meet my standards for amenities.

As you can see, our web site has over 140 vacation rental homes and condos. Even with over 140 vacation rentals, we continue to have more and more repeat bookings. In fact, many of our rentals are filling up already for 2008.

One question property owners in Palm Coast Florida and Venice Florida always ask is why are my occupancy rates so much higher than other companies?

Well, travel is a huge business on the Internet.  But, most companies (even the large ones) have limited experience in knowing how to effectively market to travelers on the Internet.   So, how am I different?
 
First, I also personally own two web sites which generate a tremendous amount of traffic and inquiries every single day through the search engines like Google, Yahoo and MSN.
 
Second, I have spent thousands of dollars every single month in targeted advertising and am on over 50 online travel directories.

Steve Milo has been managing my condo for the past year. I have found Steve to be very professional in every aspect of his business. His accounting statements are meticulous. His pricing of the rentals is appropriate and I believe that he has maximized the rental potential. When minor repairs were needed in my unit he took care of it quickly. He stays on top of the local politics of the condo association and he was instrumental in stopping some policies that would have been detrimental to the rental program. Steve Milo came to us over the balcony!  My wife and I are living in unit #1061, a Cinnamon Beach lakeside condo unit, while our house in St. Augustine is being built.   We have been enjoying the incredible sunsets, the alligators, fish and turtles while noticing that the condo next to us was constantly being rented.  This aroused our curiosity as we owned two units in Cinnamon Beach and had not had a successful rental experience with either.   We chatted with our new neighbors, and they shared Steve's name and contact information with us.
