It has always been a great satisfaction to see someone move from a renting situation to a buying and owning situation.  I realize it is scary because you are doing things you haven't tried or done before.  It is a big step in life and can be accomplished with ease when working with someone to guide and keep things moving along.  

   It is my desire to be the agent that guides you through and makes it a great experience.

   We are parentns of two sons and grand parents of 2 boys and 2 girls, whom we enjoy spending time with and watching them grow and learn. 

   My wife and I enjoy traveling around the Carolinas to view the history of the state and to experience the current events of the various cities and towns. 

   We also enjoy cooking for ourselves and for our friends.  I especially enjoy baking.  Also reading, gardening and visiting friends and making new friends.

   After I retired from the pastorate I realized that I had alot of knowledge about relocating and all that it involves.  There is alot to consider and to plan for, when leaving a home or area and about arriving at the new location.   If you have children, considering their needs, emotional, their home, friends, what they know about an area, schools.  How you handle it can make a real difference in your childs life.  Looking back I don't think that I handled it very well with our two boys.  But thank the Lord Jesus they are both responsible young family men and doing well.   I don't have the certification initials yet for this area but I do have experience and have done it.  I hope that will count for something.
