I have many areas of expertise, and I am always looking to add to them.  To be successful in anything, it is very important to create a niche for yourself.  As a result, I chose to do so in a few completely separate arenas...

Another area of expertise is in new construction.  Whether you need help to develop land, need a commercial loan to construct a new home, are an owner who wants to build your own home, or anything else, I have had a lot of experience and education in those fields specifically.  A construction loan is a different breed, but it is one that is easy to navigate when a good loan officer helps walk you through the process.  Additionally, I do not bring to the table only my knowledge and abilities, I also enlist the help of many others (realtors, counties, cities, title companies, etc.) ~ this helps the  project become successful from beginning to end!  BTW, as of October 2007, I will be facilitating a construction loan of my own!  So, now I can identify on a personal level and I can share your "pain" -- but hey, "No pain ~ No Gain!", right?!?!?

So, I am completely blessed with a terrific, supportive, and loving husband, Michael.  He has been by my side through the ups and downs of life, and I would not be able to do 1/2 of the things I do without him.  It may sound silly to some, but I am honored to call him my husband!  :-) 

We also have two kidlets...Breana and Derek.  They are 9 & 8 years old respectively and continue to keep us very active.  I am in the truest sense of the word, a "soccer mom"!  Derek plays soccer, baseball, basketball competitively and he takes guitar lessons, too.  He is a competitor and a bundle of energy.  Breana is gifted in the category of fine arts.  In dance, piano, and vocal skills, she stands out from many little girls her age.  And, I might add, that she is a fashionista!  (I always knew it was an inherited trait.)  They are both very sweet, loving, compassionate, and grounded children with a huge heap of what I like to call "leadership potential". 

As a family, we love Disneyland (Tink is my fave!!), spending time with our family and friends, Cancun, Mexico, sporting events, boating (we have a 29 foot Fountain Fever speed boat), camping (almost with a new motorhome -- that'll be the life!) and generally being together.  We are active in our community -- Michael coaches youth basketball for Beavercreek Elementary School, I have served as the PTO President of the board, and we volunteer for many charitable causes.

My own personal hobbies outside of my business include; running, travel (domestic is fun, but I absolutely adore the international travel and how it provides a true education on other cultures and places), crossword puzzle books, soduku, entertaining, and watching movies.  Now that I am an active member of a few blogging sites, I have added that as an interest too!
