I have been exuberantly selling homes full-time for over twenty years! I am passionate about this business, and it shows! I love what I do.  I enjoy working with the marketing of homes to get them sold as quickly as possible with the most high-tech, high-touch available.  I love the buyers too!  I am a Broker-Associate, an ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), a CRB (Certified Residential Broker), a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), a GRI (Graduate, Real Estate Institute), an e-PRO (National Association of Realtors Internet Specialist) and a Real Estate Cyber Specialist.  I am a big believer in learning how I can best serve my clients and continually going for more education.  I am currently preparing to become accreditated as a Home Stager as well.

My area of expertise is listing high-end homes.  The luxury market, and the near-luxury market require specialized skills. When I list a home, I go above and beyond what one might describe as "typical."  I have a professional photographer who goes into every home and shoots the best quality photos.  I have a virtual tour on my listings that is tied to their address as their domain name.  For example, if I list a property at 52490 Swanson -- the virtual tour will be at: www.52490Swanson.com This makes it really easy for people to FIND the home and view all of the photos.  I email virtual business cards to potential clients that will have the virtual tour of the property attached. I send my clients their own personalized moving boxes.

The home of the seller will show up on our television show that airs twice on Sunday.  This is not a cable show, but is on the NBC channel as well as the UPN channel.  This has been terrific marketing as well.  There's a lot of marketing that I do that I can sit down and show you. I am quite excited.

For homebuyers, I have a specialized format where I really help educate the buyers about the market, what to expect, when to expect it, and what the outcomes will be.  This process is developed for first-time homebuyers as well as people who have bought and sold many homes all over the U.S.  I am proud of the amount of information I share with the buyers that I work with. Over 82% of the buyers go to the internet before they ever talk with an agent.  I am dedicated to working with those potential clients as quickly and efficiently as possible.  Much of my markeitng is geared towards the internet.
