 My Career in Real Estate started as a salesman selling homes, and duplexes. From there it branched out into Commercial and Business opportunities. With that background I became a Manager of a large franchised Real Estate Company in San Jose/Silicon Valley, California

I spent the greater part of 25 years in this management position overseeing and training Real Estate agents.  We rose to the top tier in the franchise consistently winning National recognition.

Having spent the greater part of 30 years selling and managing a Large franchised Real Estate Company in the San Jose California / Silicon valley market I decided it was time to leave the big city rat race and do something more low key.

That was when I decided to start GARTLAN REAL ESTATE and move to the Palm Desert/ Salton Sea area of Southern California.
