I am a life long resident of Indianna (Johnson and surrounding countines). I am happliy married 16 years  to a World's Champion Softball palyer. We have 6 children, one of which we adopted after meeting her on a missionary trip to Russia. We have 8 beautiful grandchildren.  I am involved with a ministry team located in Okalahoma and have done children and clown ministry. I attended IUPUI and Wesleyan University. I hold a journeyman's card as a tin-smith (sheet-metal)  which took 2years of schooling and 4 years of on the job training..I  have over 20 years of life experiences  buying and selling real estate.  My hobby  is re -decorating ... ANYTHING! My passion is REAL ESTATE.

I love life and work very hard for others.. I am an all or nothing personality when it comes to doing anything. I believe  faith, honesty ( even when it's hard), given in love, and one's integrity, will carry me through almost every adversity that life can bring. I live by these  fundamental core values: Always work for the common good,(making others #1 goal my #1 goal) always do what I say I will do(sometimes more but never less). Never lie, even when the temptation would make things easier.

 I love working with first time home buyers. I have a passion and a desire to help them find that first home. My service to them is to educate them  on the value of homes selected in today's market. Helping them make informed choices about thier future is very important to me. I want them to walk away from the closing table knowing they made the best possible decision about what may be the biggest investment they will ever make.

I also like working with those who have had to overcome a finacial, or lfe obstacle, whether it's starting over after bankruptcy, divorce, or losing a spouse and having to relocate to be closer to family.  There is a need to help  them see and feel  that life is full of second chances and fresh starts. They may have to start slow.. but I accept the challenge  to help them start over with hope in their heart knowing that what ever life brings.... there's always a tomorrow!

In listing a home I want my clients to feel comfortable knowing that I will work as hard as I possibly can bring them the most the market can give them! I want them to know that I know the meaning of the word "work" when I tell them I am a working agent. I work not just with them but "FOR" them.
