The founder and owner of Bella Homes, Ryan Kramer, brought together a variety of professional experiences to lead the company to it's success. Ryan has been part of the home building industry since he was 17 years old. He began by working his summers and winter weekends pouring footers and foundations and then learning framing and interior trim work.  A few years later, he began working construction and marketing with Tim Kramer's companies.  For the last 5 years, Ryan has been building custom homes directly with his clients. With these experiences, Ryan has built relationships with bankers, contractors, and suppliers that add to the ability to provide the highest quality materials at cost effective prices.

Bella Homes, Certified Green Builder, is designing and building backgrounds for Living.  Building Green provides environments that are enviromentally responsible with energy and water efficiency.
