 We will assist you with negotiations. We will process all contracts. We will help negotiate repairs. We will make sure any potential buyer is well qualified. We will attend closing. We will review HUD statement. We will assist you with any hiccups that may occur along the way. If you are in need of a "short sale" with the bank we will moderate this for you. We will facilitate the closing to protect you and your investment at all times. We will coordinate closings between multiple homes to make the transaction as stress free as possible.
