 I just wanted to take a moment and say "WOW".  When I stepped in to this situation, a transaction that needed to be closed in 7 days, the only person I thought could handle it was you and your team.  I was hoping for a commitment, enough to hold off the foreclosure auction for the seller.  Instead in a matter of 2 1/2 days I find out there is a closing scheduled-6 days after getting all the information!
