It's market awareness, product knowledge and negotiating skills that make a great deal...regardless of what the media says in happening in the market. 

There are many great opportunities available to both buyers and sellers at this time. Most important is having a successful and honest team working with you to complete a smooth transaction. Purchasing/ selling a home are stressful enough and having a nightmare experience first hand, I know the consequences such an experience can cause. As an un-experienced first time home-buyer, I had little knowledge of the home buying process and did not understand how valueable honest, educated professionals are in the home buying process. Due to the experience I had, I vowed to ensure that others receive service they are proud to share and feel compelled to refer me to friends, family and those they care about. It's my goal to put value back into the Realtor profession and educate consumers about real estate and their investments. This is achieved through communication and relationship building.
