I've had the pleasure of being the Training Director for new licensees.  In that position I have to be extremely knowledgeable of the market and the whole buying and selling process.  I make sure that anyone under my training steps out into the industry with a complete understanding of what it takes to successfully and professionally complete a transaction with a home buyer or seller.

My experience with other real estate agents isn't the end goal though; my clients are the bottom line for me and I take no corners when it comes to making sure that a buyer or seller is satisfied with the process especially in this day and age where foreclosures and bank owned properties are everywhere.

I enjoy working with the senior community so I guess you can say that my area of expertise is geared around that specific people.  The whole buying and selling process can be confusing for someone that hasn't been through the process for years or perhaps even their first time.

Thankfully though my ability to work with the senior community also prepares me to assist the first time home buyers including newly weds or people relocating from afar or just from down the road.  I guess you can say that I am an all around Realtor® capable of assisting multiple people with multiple needs.
