I hate paperwork and especially hate red tape. I am a web person (that is my job after all) and I want to know things now, email you back now, get your answer back now. 

Since bank rates recently dropped I was interested in refinancing my home mortgage but dreading all the mountains of paperwork that go with that process. No time and less patience. However, thanks to my mortgage broker it has been a breeze and quite possibly pain free in terms of time and effort.

Ronnie Roach,  with Wells Fargo,  has walked me through each step and I was able to submit my application online (love it!), which was right up my alley. A couple of phone calls, some emails and a visit from an appraiser and voilà...we should close this week. It only took about 3 weeks (if that long) from start to finish.  Ronnie is one of those people with a good sense of humor, always smiling and always helpful. In short, he has been wonderful to work with and I felt a shout out was due.
