I'm a former Realtor that was also a technology hobbyist. I've decided I'm a better web designer than I am a Realtor and have chosen to focus on that. My skill include web design, web development, IDX Integration, custom programing, logo creation, technology advisement, word press blog syndication, and much more. The best think I do is needs assessment where you tell me what you actually need and I'll tell you the most affordable way to get there. 

My areas of expertise are not tied down to a few market niches. I like to be the jack of all and master of none. I like to be well versed in all areas so that I can contribute a macro view to problem solving. I have strong research skills and kind find the answer to any questions. Additionally, I'm not afraid to say I don't have the best answer and will find one for you from a strong authority on any subject.  If I had to say an expertise, I would say it's customer service and that's because I serve all my clients as I'd like to be served. I like to use technology to get people clear copies and save clients time. Customer service is definitely my expertise.

The best testimonial I ever had was from the first house I ever sold. The couple was so nice. The wife was a state employee and was on disability/limited duty. The husband was a retired sheriff's deputy. They were older and very stressed out. They were ready to cash out of California and head to income tax-free Washington where they could cross over the river into Oregon and shop tax free or vice versa, but they had a plan. And I helped them achieve their goal. It was great most of all because it was my first transaction that I did on my own, but more importantly because this couple was living the American dream. They worked their whole life and saved and now they wanted to retire and eat crab all day and enjoy their lives. The best part of the transaction was in addition to my commission, they gave me a thank you card that had $200 cash in it and a very nice letter about how thankful they were they selected me as their agent. I remember this experience well and take care of all my clients in a manner hoping to exceed this couples level of satisfaction.
