I was born and raised in Brawley (Imperial County) and retired from law enforcement after 17 years with the California Highway Patrol and 17 years with the Imperial County Sheriff's Office. I started my small mobile notary business in early 2006  to give me something to do, during my retirement,& it has become almost a full time job.
