I am Washington born and raised.  I lived in Bellevue when Old Bellevue was Bellevue.  There were a lot of trees between Bellevue, Kirkland and Redmond.  My grandparents lived out in the country in Kirkland!  We moved to North Bend when you could get 13.5 acres for $3,000.00.  I have seen many changes over the years. Boeing and Weyerhaeuser are no longer the largest employers in the state.  As with business changes, I have witnessed and kept abreast of the changes in the real estate market.    As with anything, I work hard at what I do to become the best at what I do; if I don't know, I find out.  My clients are my business.  Without their success, I would have no success.
