I enjoy working with and getting to know people. My previous experience in the construction industry, paying close attention to detail, joined with today's advanced computer technology contribute to the process of counseling clients on how to purchase and sell real estate with a vision in mind. Family and Past Time Interests
I have been married to a very supportive and loving wife for 35 years.  I enjoy  snow and water skiing when time permits, and flying for those in need of medical air transportation. When not working or playing I enjoy going to open houses and seeing new homes being added to our local inventory.

As a builder/electrical contractor working on all size residential and commerical projects my clients find my knowledge very helpful with first time previews.     Knowing all phases of construction along with my ceritification as a New Home Residential Specialist, I have negotiated not only for a savings for my client but also with the request for repairs I get them the best of all worlds.

To make a long story short.

To emphasize a little on the above: 

Our experience with Rod Pierson, was we just lucked out on getting an agent that caters to his clients needs.  Our situation differs a little then most.  We were relocating, so after a 4 hour trip just to reach the Redding area, and always on a weekend.  Rod would give us his whole weekend day, we would search through sometimes as many as 15 houses, Rod would not check his watch through out the day, he treated our trips as if it was him in search of a home.  Rod was very HONEST  and was not afraid to point out a problem with a house, or visa versa, a plus what we were looking for. 

We witnessed Rod's RESPECT for the sellers as it was a must for him to lock up, wipe feet, complete concern for their home also, which will only lead us to Rod again when it is time for us to sell.

Rod's INTEGRITY in whole was just upstanding, Rod is an agent we could trust completely and still do.  Rod also simplified everything by letting us view all transactions via email, a plus for us since we were not from the area, and any questions we had, on the neighborhood, community, Rod would get on it right away with results.  I would recommend Rod Pierson to any family and friends.

Dear Rod,

I want to thank you very much for the excellent help you gave us. I do not think that we could have followed through on our own.

The distance between our San Jose house and our new home (we call it, "Our summer home") in Redding, 248 miles away, made for quite a handicap for us to over come.

You saw to it that all of the papers were available for us. Even after we set them aside to get to later you followed through on our behalf.

You were very patient in taking us to different houses to view. I was pleased to see that you only showed us houses that met our criteria.  You new that we only had a weekend and every minute counted, you had a plan and routes to take us to those houses. No time wasted.  

The mounds of paper work. The anxiety. The waiting. It is all part of buying a house.

We looked for more than six months with other realtors in different cities. Redding had the best of everything we needed.
