Ray Henderson is originally from Springfield Tennessee. I found upstate New York via the US Navy.I spent 8 years in the Navy Nuclear Power Program as an operator and as an instructor at the training facility in New York. I went to work for
General Electric after active duty. I was a Supervisor of the machine repair crew in the Gas Turbine and Steam Turbine Department. I also had a four year stint with General Dynamics as A refueling engineer in the Nuclear Power Department. After retirement from General Electric I got my real estate license and hit the ground running. I have never worked at anything that I enjoy more than this. I got my Associate Broker License as soon as possible and shortly thereafter I was the office manager for Kelleher Realty in Saratoga Springs. I have served on the board of directors of the Capital Region Multiple Listing Service and also on the board of The Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie Board of Realtors. I also serve on the Ethics Committee. This is my fourth year as a realtor and I am loving every minute of it. I just joined Weichert Realtors' Northeast Group last month. This is my third and final stop. Each step was a step up, I am now where I want to be. Bring on the buyers!!!

I enjoy working mostly with buyers. I especially like finding the perfect home for the first time home buyer. What A feeling that is. The best feeling in the world for me is to get a home at a bargain basement price for my buyer. When I see a home thats been on the market for awhile and my buyer likes it, watch out. I very aggressively go after this type of listing and have had a lot of success.
