Referral Builder LLC and the URBaCS web application was created in response to the downturn in the new home building market. We saw that builders had to cut costs to survive. This meant that budgets and personnel were cut.  New Home Builders were being forced to do much more with less. It became our focus to find a way to help them do just that.  We determined that the most cost effective and efficient form of traffic for new home builders were direct word of mouth referrals. Our goal was to find a way to use cutting edge technology to take the traditional form of word of mouth and spread the message further than it had ever been spread before. We came up with the answer.
