Rob Robinson

I am a senior real estate partner of the Robinson Home Team.  My former career as a residential general contractor is sure to be a huge help to you regardless  of whether you are wanting to make an offer on a home, or you are looking at getting your home ready to be sold. I also have extensive knowledge of  Chattanooga's area neighborhoods and housing stock condition. I know homes ... from the inside out, and from top to bottom. My wife, Susan,  is executive director fo two local non-profit organizations: the Arts and Education Council and the Fellowship of Southern Writers. How she manages to do it all ... I really can't tell you! I guess it runs in the family.

Sally Robinson

I am also a Robinson Home Team senior real estate partner.  I have been heavily involved in downtown revitalization and riverfront development in Chattanooga since 1980. I specialize in luxury homes and condos located in Chattanooga's "Northshore" district (including Heritage Landing and the greater North Chattanooga area) where I also have lived for many years. My Chattanooga City Council service, now in a second term, gives me an additional unique perspective on growth and housing trends in the greater Chattanooga area. I am the immediate past Council Chairperson of Chattanooga's City Council. I am also past executive director of the Arts & Education Council (where I worked to establish the Chattanooga Conference on Southern Literature) and past executive director of the Chattanooga Downtown Partnership. I have also served on the board of the International Downtown Association. I have volunteered through the years for the Moccasin Bend Task Force, the Walnut Street Bridge Restoration, Cornerstones Historic Preservation and Friends of Moccasin Bend National Park. I am a founding member of the annual Riverbend Festival. Our extended family has lived in the Chattanooga area for three generations. My husband is Sam, a local attorney.
