Did you ever wish you had an advocate when you were building or buying your home?  Someone who'd help you with asking the right questions and negotiating?  Would you like the same counseling and advocacy when you sell your home?  As a Certified New Home Sales Professional, I have been trained by the American Homebuilders Association and can fully represent and advise you on your home sale or purchase.  I have worked hard to establish good relationships with most of the area builders and thier sales teams.  This gives me insight into specials they are offering, which I can quickly adapt to my clients needs.  I am a member of the Manatee and Pinellas County Boards of REALORs® and offer first hand expertise in new homes, condos and developments throughout Tampa Bay. 

I specialize in Manatee and Pinellas counties, keeping abreast of the building, sales and listings in our beach front communities, downtown St Petersburg, and the areas inbetween.  I will use all of my enthusiasm and resourcefulness to ensure your purchases and sales are as smooth and hassle free as possible.  Just as I served our country for 23 years in the United States Air Force and the United States Coast Guard, I will be dedicated to you as my client, and hopefully, my friend.

Rob and the entire Simms team were professional, friendly, and always available.  They made you feel like you were their only customer.   They were available early in the morning and late at night, not just 9 to 5.  They also provided information on housing services such as lawn service, babysitting, ect.  The Simms Team at RE/Max was terrific.  We were referred to them by a friend who lives in Florida.  From the minute I contacted them, they became available.  Rob, Sharon, Tami and Amy were all helpful, patient and considerate.  We dealt with them initially from our home in Connecticut.  They answered questions on insurance, Homestead, selling, buying, ect.  Rob and Tami were available when we visited for a weekend to househunt.  One day we managed to see more than 15 houses (with 2 kids in tow), but Rob was patient the entire time.
