How is Roberta Counts different?
I am a Broker and a Realtor. I have standards to meet that not all licensed agents have knowledge of. I am a GRI. Graduate of the Realtor Institute. I have spent days (each) in studying the contracts, the laws and the requirements of a Realtor. Do you need short sale or REO representation? I have experience and education in these areas. I have been in the South Orange County area for 12 years, watching and studying and investing in what I believe is one of the strongest real estate markets now and in the future. There is only so much coastland. There is only one California climate. There are abundant job opportunities. For every transaction closed I will donate 10% of my commission to the charity of your choice. I have learned that if it needs to get done, we can make it happen!

We cannot say enough about our Real Estate Agent Roberta Counts. My husband and I have been through the process of buying and selling 3 homes now and every time there has been some kind of issue with the transaction. Lets just say this is the 1st time that we are still friends with our Agent after the fact!
Roberta was wonderful, no pressure, just her pleasure. Due to our busy schedules, she would stay out late showing us homes during the week and spend her weekends with us too, making sure we found just the right home! We saw many homes before we found the right one. We started out looking for a much smaller 2bed/2bath condo with the idea of putting down 20%. Then through her advice we figured out we could afford much more of a house and qualify for 100% financing too! To get us into a 3bed/3bath home! And the payment really isn't that much more, and now we have a nice cushion of savings too!
Roberta is very honest and up front. She is a genuinely caring person. You can tell she has fun finding people just the right home for them at each stage in their life! She is a model mom and a real multi-tasker! She always had snacks for us too :~)
Roberta was most helpful throughout the transaction in making sure everything was taken care of smoothly and according to plan. Before we closed on the home she came by many times to let our friends and family see our new home, and once we closed on the home she didn't disappear with her commission check. She has stayed in close contact to make sure everything is great in our new home!
We are so happy with her services we are hoping to use her again in the future.
