One of my true passions in this business is first time home buyers. I love the excitement and happiness that comes over them when they find out that they have been approved and are going to get the house they wanted. 

Rob is a good friend of mine and we all know that sometimes doing business with a freind can be more trouble than doing business with someone you dont know. Well fortunatly for me that wasnt the case this time.  I had tried to buy a house a couple of times before and it seemed that no one would take me seriously. I was 21 at the time and I had a very significant down payment.  but every time I put an offer in on a house  it was rejected.  I tried two different agents, same thing with both of them.  Then rob told me that if I wanted he would represent me on the real estate side as well as the financing. Im glad he did, I told him what house I wanted and in about 35 days later I was moving in. I could not have been happier.  even though he had never done a real estate sale it could not have went any smoother.   Because of him I got the house and the payment I wanted and it couldnt have been easier.   -Ian-

My name is Dario, I work at a ford dealership.  One day Robert came in to buy a new truck.  Once I had found out what he did I started to ask him a few questions.  I told him that I wanted to refinance my condo.  He asked me what my goal was in the refi.  I told him that I wanted to pull some money out but not have my payment go up to much.   At the time I wanted to use the money from the condo to put down on a new house.  To make a long story short, Robert refinaced my condo and did the financing on the new house i was buying.  And the whole time he was staying in contact with my realtor and me to keep us updated on where the loan was at.  It was a very pleasent experience.   Dario C.  in  Stockton
