Robert Bass is a Phoenix-based real estate attorney of almost 30 years experience.  A former Administrative Law Judge for the Arizona Department of Real Estate, his private law practice concentrates in defending real estate licensees in Errors & Omissions claims and litigation, and representing licensees in application denial and consumer complaint cases before the Arizona Department of Real Estate.

Robert is also a Past-President of the Arizona Real Estate Educators Association and serves on the Board of Directors of the Hispanic Association of Real Estate Professionals.  He has also served as in-house legal counsel for Dan Schwartz Realty, Inc. and for HomeSmart, the largest brokerage company in the Southwest.
