Hi, I'm Raejean Myers, and my friends and co-workers call me Rj.  I have the best job in the world!  I am the Assistant Team Leader at our Ocotillo Market Center in Chandler, Arizona where I help grow our office and the businesses of our agent partners.  I also consult with real estate teams all across the country and work with their administrative staff and managers.   Oh yeah - and I'm an approved course instructor with the Arizona Department of Real Estate. 

I am a big believer in the Team Concept!  I know the models in The Millionaire Real Estate Agent book by Gary Keller are valid because I've lived them.  The agents in my market center call me "The Systems Queen" - which translates to Big Nerd - but that's ok!  :-) I know how to effectively build, lead, and manage a real estate team working at an exceptionally high level.
