After having moved my family three hours from our previous home, moved into the house we put an offer on, borrowed $10,000.00 from a relative (for a zero-out-of-pocket loan!), and then found out after six weeks my loan officer couldn't get us approved or the house approved...I would highly recommend using an agent such as Rob Wills.
Rob makes difficult transactions easy to understand, in fact, I often called him for advice, which he readily gave me, though he had nothing to gain. There was a lot of uncertainty using a loan broker to buy a FSBO property.
