I am a native born Texan...    and I really love this state.    My favorite area is the beautiful Texas Hill Country.

Texas is very diverse; offering rolling plains, pine forests, lakes, coastal regions, deserts, mountains and the Hill Country area. All regions are different and offer good things but the Kerrville area is the best for me.  We have beautiful hills up to 3000 feet in elevation, crystal clear rock bedded streams and rivers, towering cypress trees and an easy relaxed life style with friendly people.

All the small Hill Country towns offer special themes like Bandera's Cowboy Capital of the World, Fredericksburg great German cuisine and Octoberfest, Medina's Apple Capital of Texas, Comfort (the Star of Texas), Utopia, Leakey, Concan and many others.  These are the special places where I sell real estate.

I specialize in RESIDENTIAL,           but I also sell businesses and commercial real estate. 

I was first licensed in 1978.  I have owned several real estate companies in the North Texas area but retired to the Hill Country several years ago.  I decided to go back to work for Coldwell Banker Heart of the Hills, Realtors.  It is a company with a history of good customer service and benefits for both buyers and sellers.  Our concierge program provides service after the sale and that has always been important to me.  I make a lot of friends in this business and that's why I like it so much.
