I have been helping families realize their "All American Dream"  of Home Ownership for over 18 years now. I am licensed to work in Ohio and Florida. I can originate loans in other states on a case by case basis. A majority of my business comes to me through client referrals. I enjoy getting my leads (about 65%) and business from family, friends, and coworkers, with the balance coming from traditional referral sources like Realtors, Attorneys, and Financial Planners. I strive to make "Raving Fans" out of each client, and to educate them on how to give a referral. This system has allowed me to thrive and keep consistent business, in spite of these current times.

We are currently the largest independent mortgage banker in Ohio here at UNM, and offer a wide array of products which include, Conventional, non conforming, VA, FHA, and Rural programs. We are also the largest mortgage banker in Ohio offering all OHFA Bond program products. We have nine offices in the State of Ohio and two in PA. This is why my clients come back to me for consultative advice and service, and why I continue to maintain relationships with clients that extend beyond the closing of the transaction.

My Expertise is in solving complex issures for my home buying or refinancing clients. Degreed in Accounting and Finance, my skills of analyzing a clients financial outlook, both in the short and long term, allows me to provide my clients with several options as their mortgage consultant, not just trying to push one bank's product down their throats. My clients get to choose which products suit them best, not the other way around.I have over 18 years of experience, both working for banks and mortgage companies. This experience dealing with a variety of issues, has permitted me to work with first time home buyers to those moving up to their next homes or second homes. Teaching classes on investing in real estate since 1996 has also given me a wide perspective on what new market trends affect the investor markets and products.

My latest course that I have developed for this fall of 2007 is the Reverse Mortgage, which I am in the process of being a Certified Reverse Mortgage Specialist, enabling me to help those Seniors who want to stay in their current homes, but who have difficulting making ends meet.

Lastly, I am studying to become a Certified Identity Theft and Risk Management Specialist, which will enable me to assist my clients and their employers or businesses with compliance on securing customer and employee records and avoiding one of the fastest growing crimes in our country today, Identity Theft.
