In partnership with my wife and fellow agent Cindy Hamman, we cover the areas of Seattle, West Seattle, Bellevue, Sammamish, Issaquah, Snoqualmie and North Bend.  Put another way, the I-90 corridor.

My only claim to fame is being an ex-softy (msft) between 1995 and 2001

My wife and I started our RE biz in 2003 and never looked back. The industry blessed us with a hot market in the Seattle area, for each of the years leading up to 2008 and we look forward to a more balanced market to finish out the decade.

My wife Cindy has earned her CRS and is an associate broker. I'm working on both my broker designation and my CRS.

Most of my role in our business is handling the business management and marketing. I also have advanced negotiation training and skills, experience with commercial leases and raw land development.

I tend to do most of the listings while Cindy tends to work with most of the buyers, but we often switch off depending on the client.

We have been heavily involved in the art community in our home town of Issaquah, Cindy having been part of the forming committee and now past president of Art East ( http://www.arteast.org ) and we are currently active members and volunteers.

Both Cindy & I are avid sailors and boaters and love the Puget Sound for its miles and miles of great gunkholing.

I also am an avid motorcylist with three very different and distinct motorcycles and I love to ride, in all weather.

RELOCATION:  We tend to work with quite a few re-location clients, both into and out of our region, although the past couple of years it has been mostly folks moving into the Seattle area. 

NEW CONSTRUCTION:  We also work with the local builders, Buchan, Chaffey, Quadrant, etc  on new construction sales but we always represent the buyers in this case and are not "site" agents.

2^nd Homes & Rentals:  We also work with investors but limit that to 2nd homes, raw land and rental properties and don't deal with any office space or other commercial investing.  All our investor clients tend to be long term so we don't play the flipper game.  W

Water Front & Vacation:  We are capitalizing on our knowledge of waterfront in our Puget Sound region and keep abreast of water front homes from Tacoma and the south sound, along the peninsula, thru Bremerton, Port Ludlow, Port Townsend and north to the San Juan Islands and into Canada. We are expanding our 2^nd and vacation home reach to include both coasts in the US and Mexico.   This sounds huge, but really we have and are developing a network of local agents that help us when we have clients interested in these areas.  Our latest relationship is with RE/MAX Paraiso del Mar near La Paz Mexico.

REGIONAL:  We know our region pretty well and while we live in Issaquah and know the pulse minute to minute, we sell in nine cities or regions, so regionally our specialty is the I-90 corridor, stretching from Seattle (West Seattle, thru SODO, Queen Anne, Magnolia and Ballard), then east to Mercer Island, Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Issaquah, Sammamish, Snoqualmie and North Bend.
