My focus is the residential side of real estate. I like working with new construction, first time buyers, and boomers. First time buyers are fun, they are always very enthusiastic and exited about their first real estate purchase. I also like working with boomers, perhaps since I am a borderline boomer myself.  

   I do not believe in being pushy or overly aggressive to get people to do business with me. I believe that the consumer today has a vast amount of information available to them already, and they do not want a pushy salesman. They want a friend. I like to build relationships based on a very respectful conversation, while learning as much about them as I can. I have found that doing business this way always leads to a successful win-win relationship. I had a computer engineering/consulting business for over 20 years using that same philosophy, and it always worked very well.

   As a real estate professional, I make every effort to deliver a level of service that far exceeds my clients' expectations. This is the first step in building long lasting relationships that are more than just a successful real estate transaction.
