I began my real estate career seven years ago when the market was just getting "good" for sellers.  I was handed much of the challenging, hard to finance and unique transactions or clients.  What a blessing in disguise that was?  Now, with having worked in a Seller's market with a Buyer with no cash and a lower credit score, today it is a "walk in the park" to get these same buyers from contract to close.  I was also fortunate enough to have a builder to take me under his wing.  (Bortle Custom Homes, Inc.) Nick Bortle is a local Pasadena builder.  He guided me through the ins and outs of land and new construction as well as auctions and foreclosures.  Again, when it was a challenge to get a "deal" in the last 5 or 7 years, I learned how, where and the timing to locate these small gold mines.  I love having first time buyers who are able to get a great below market price on a home that was on its way to foreclosure because I was able to connect the  Buyer and Seller. 

My most recent speciality has been my listings.  I am pretty much a one woman show.  In this current market, July 2007, I am still getting multiple offers, finding my listings going under contract within the first two weeks.  I have found ways to Net Sellers more without dropping my brokerage fees or compromising my services to my Sellers. 

I have a ga-zillion designations.  Everything from ABR, SRES, e-PRO, Certified New Home Specialist, Certified Auction Specialist, Certified HUD Specialist... The list goes on and on.  I have been featured in the Washington Times two times in the last four years.  Over the last year, I was featured in the "REALTOR" magazine for Maryland Association of Realtors.
