About Us:

If you really want to learn how to build a referral network fast and easy so that you have hundreds of people helping to build your business then you should give me a call.  I will help you for free becasue it is my turn to pay back.  My methodolgoy is unlike any other in our indusrty.  I don't sell books, cd's, seminars or mentoring services.  I don't need your money!  My purpose is to teach  and mentor so that you can thrive and prosper. 

 It's up to you.  You can do what your doing and getting more of the same frustrating results or you can try my way and get unlimited referrals.  By the way if your unethical I will know it and will teach you nothing.  Only ethical honest people need to call.

Why should you listen to me? I have been in the Real Estate/Mortgage business for over 20 years.  I have owned real estate and mortgage compainies in NY and Las Vegas,a mortgage training center for new mortgage agents, developed and taught CE classes for Realtors and Mortgage Agents, and have personally trained over 1000 mortgage agents and Realtors

During the last 20 years I have helped countless real estate, insurance and mortgage agents to learn how to market themselves simply and effectively.  I recently semi-retired to Alabama where I help agents from around the country to expand their business through state of the art relationship marketing techniques that feature High Touch and High Tech.

My goal is to change our industry from selling to relationship building. Technology has changed how business prospecting is done and if you're not aware of what is going on you're going to be struggling.

Areas of Expertise

My area of experise is personal relationship marketing.  Market yourself instead of your company!  All customers want a relationship with their agent and could care less about the company they work for.  Because agents move from company to company it is important that they develop a personal relationship marketing program where they can continue to dialog with  present and past contacts.  My marketing advice is free and can be used by anyone in any sales field.  The tools that I recommend are inexpensive and powerful and do not require a phd in computer science to use.
