I love that you can print out your flyers from any computer, at any time - the flyers look great and they are a fantastic alternative to the basic black and white listing brief that most agents use to stuff their flyer boxes. It is impressive to prospective clients to see a full color flyer with all the pertinent information about the home, plus lots of photos. (It's also tremendously impressive to be able to give the seller a web address for their home.)
I love the tracking feature as well, that is a fantastic tool to show my clients that their home is being viewed & how often. Home sellers want to know that their property is getting exposure and your site/product makes my job easier by allowing me to list every property on multiple websites and then track the activity on some of those sites. The other advantage to your site is that I can easily control my listings through your interface. I can simply create the listings through your system and you automatically post them to various websites. I retain the ability to come back and change/update/edit those listings at any time and your system automatically sends the updates to the various directories..
