Is a special camera needed to make a real estate walk-through video?

Are you looking for a video that will sell the property or just wet your potential buyers whistle and get them to call you?  Is the property you are videoing going to sell for $2,000,000 or $200,000?  The higher quality camera, the better your videos will be, however, you can still make videos with the lower cost cameras.  Generically speaking, the only requirement is that it takes video.
