A second generation Realtor, I started in real estate in the Morongo Basin in 2004.  Since this time I'm proud to have established a client base of returning clients and referrals.  Not only are my client's best interests a priority, I go that extra mile to make sure any transaction that I'm involved in goes smoothly.  My goal is to market my client's properties using state of the art media, and to find buyers the home of their dreams at the best possible price. Residental, income, and commercial properties are my areas of expertise.  I work in the Morongo Basin which includes Yucca Valley, Joshua Tree and Twentynine Palms, and the Coachella Valley incuding Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Cathedral City, Indio and surrounding areas.  I take pride in working with first time buyers as well as military clients, including military relocation to Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center in 29 Palms.

After experiences with other realtors, we made contact with Jim Dunlap by calling on one of his signs on a Sunday afternoon.  We met several weekends after that, and after driving us to several homes, we found the home that we are living in.  We really appreciate his knack for customer service.
