I am a full time residential real estate agent that specializes in single family homes and condos in the Jacksonville area.  I feel that now, more than ever, communication is critical in the real estate industry.  We live in a generation of technology that affords us numerous means of keeping clients informed about their real estate proceedings. I used to specialize in the Beaches area of Jacksonville, but have branched out to other areas of the city.  I have looked at several hundred homes listed in the Northern St. Johns area, I have spent countless hours previewing homes in the Riverside, SouthSide, and Baymeadows areas. At one time I specialized in single family homes but have broadened my area of expertise to include Condos and Townhomes.  I think the days of Realtors "specializing" in small segments are probably over.  Our industry demands that we know a LOT about different areas and take classes and continued education in every facet of the business.  I attend at least one class every quarter.  Usually two or three.  Please visit my website for a list of the courses I've completed in the last few weeks.
