After 25 years years as a McDonald's franchisee with ten restaurants, I reestablished my law practice.  I concentrated on real estate law and particularly people going through foreclosure.  Most of those folks couldn't afford an attorney, so I developed a website, www.forecloseddreams.com that contains over a hundred pages of information about foreclosure.  I researched the laws for all 50 states and posted them on the site. (Please consult an attorney in your state for authoritative advice.) 

While practicing law, my wife was introduced to SendOutCards, which is a online greeting card company that allows you to create a card online and mail it by clicking "send."  SendOutCard prints, stuffs, stamps and mails the card.  You can use your own handwriting and add gifts, such as an American Express gift card, if you wish.  We have a custom dog card website, www.CustomDogCards.com as well as a SendOutCards site, www.SendOutCards.com/46417.

I've developed an expertise in foreclosure, but my true passion is networking.  I was never very effective at it until I joined BNI (Business Networking International) and SendOutCards.  Both companies share the philosophy of "givers gain."  SendOutCard says "Send Out to Give."
