I was born and raised in North Carolina, and moved to the Catawba Valley area in 2002, after meeting my husband while a student at Appalachian State University.  We currently live in the Chesterfield community, between Morganton and Lenoir.  In my spare time I enjoy reading, volunteering with the Catawba Valley Red Cross, and hiking and camping near Wilson's Creek. I also love live music, and can often be found at rockabilly, punk, and traditonal country shows and promoting live music events locally and in the Cahrlotte metro area.

My specialty is working with former FSBOs and expired listings, to get these homes sold. Too many people have wasted time and money either advertising online or in newspaper ads, or paying an agent who put up a sign and then failed to stay in contact with them or market the listing property. My goal is to find these sellers and to help them get their home listed at the right price, marketed effectively, and sold as quickly and as satisfactory as possible.
