About Us:

My name is Mark Gundlach, I am a Real Estate Consultant with Coldwell Banker. I generally work with two types of buyers and sellers. Those that are new to the market and have not worked with a real estate professional before, and those that may have had a challenging experience in the past.

A large part of my consulting business is providing my clients with a personalized blueprint of the market conditions, and how they can benefit from it.
Orange County has been my home for the last 20 years. I am currently a resident of South Orange County, where I spent most of my childhood. I received my higher education from Northern Arizona University and the applauded, Concordia University School of Business. I am very well versed in marketing, both traditional and internet.
