MY REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE; 1972 to 1979: Involved on full and part time basis of family owned concrete construction firm, specializing in concrete redevelopment in Northeast Pa metropolitan areas.
December 1980 to Januarv 1988: Full Time Realtor Associate - became multi-million dollar sales associate. Began personal development of skills to operate, manage, and train agents in an active real estate environment. February 1988 to August 29 1995: Associate Broker/ Sales Manager for larger franchised and independent real estate companies. Responsible for development of office layout, recruiting, development of localized training and education programs including: direct participation in planning and implementation of Buyer Agency education to the local market. September 1995 to Januarv 31, 1996: Purchased the Buyer's Resource franchise in December 1995 with my partners and long standing co- workers Richard and Terri Kerr. Created and developed operational and educational systems based on research compiled from National, state, local, franchise, and personal background.
February 1996 to Present :Opened Exclusive Buyer Agency Franchise company as President/ Broker; a consumer oriented firm that contractually works only for real estate buyers.
