I have been a real estate agent for 26 years in Berks County, PA coming to my real estate career from nursing.  Along the way I earned the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designatons, membership in Remax's 100% Club for production annually,  and a wide assortment of awards for my work over the years.  I believe in helping my clients, buyers and sellers to reach their goals and my goals will follow so whether it takes a few weeks or a few years for the right home to materialize, I'm happy to be an instrument for their good.  I usually work in the residential side with home owners and investors and spent 10 years also representing a local builder in new construction during "the boom".  Now that our market has adjusted we find all new opportunities for buyers and sellers to seize and use to build wealth in this new economy.  I have a long term view of the market, how it will help our local people and how to leverage it to reap big rewards.  Life is good, today and every day.
