And for those who do not already know me, I am a HUGE Seahawks fan!!! Always have been, always will be. I've been a Hawks fan since I could crawl and I am still not over the fact that we were robbed of Super Bowl XL. Those refs were totally paid off!!! All I have to say is that the better team did not win that day, plain and simple.

I come from a financial background with many years in the lending industry. The advantage to my clients is that I possess the knowledge necessary to assist any type of buyer or seller in todays market. In addition to my financial background, I also have 4 years of experience in the mechanical/electrical industry. This proves to be very helpful when walking through homes and having the ability to recognize minor/major issues that may be hazardous to a client. The advantage to my clients is that I can offer an experienced opinion in regards to the physical aspects of a home. Though I am happy to voice my opinion, I am not a licensed inspector and will ALWAYS recommend hiring one no matter what!  

As for the areas I service, my primary locations are Seattle and the Greater Eastside. That does not mean that I do not go outside of those boundaries, but I prefer to stay within them :-)
