What sets you apart from other agents/loan officers?  I am a broker owner, I have been doing this for 13 years and love it more everyday.  I love people and my greater joy in this business is for my sellers and buyers to recomend me to their family and friends.  I get a lot of repeat business.  I know the market and I am a no nonesense agent, who will show the buyers what they want, not what I got listed.  I keep my sellers informed about their listing and the current market.

Use this section to write about your specific areas of expertise. Do you specialize in first time buyers - listing high end homes - etc. Are there specific market area's that you specialize in? The more you write about your area's of expertise the more knowledgeable you'll sound to a potential buyer or seller. My area of expertise is familes.  More of my sales is from all ages of familes.  I enjoy working with children to make the move for them as easy as possible, I dote on them and make them feel inportant, especially concerning their rooms, neighborhoods and schools.
